RCL research staff participated in the XXIX General Assembly of the International Union of Radio Science (Union Radio Scientifique Internationale - URSI).

It was held at the Hyatt Regency Chicago Hotel in downtown Chicago, Illinois, USA on  August 07-16, 2008.

The General Assemblies of URSI are held at  intervals of three years to review current research trends, present new discoveries and make plans for future research and special projects in all areas of radio science, especially where international cooperation is desirable.

The following two (2) papers were presented:
